P&H HC: Contribution by Daily Wage Service to Be Considered While Computing Retiral Benefits - (27 May 2022)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that for computing retiral benefits, daily wage services rendered by an employee prior to regularization is to be treated as qualifying service.
