CESTAT: Goods Improperly Imported are Liable for Confiscation U/s 111 and 112 of Customs Act - (27 May 2022)

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Chennai has held that Sections 111 and 112 of Customs Act are attracted only when goods are improperly imported.
