SC: Condition of Pre-Deposit Before Filing Appeal is Required to be Satisfied - (06 May 2022)

Supreme Court while considering Special Leave Petition where the High Court had held that the requirement of pre-deposit is not mandatory, has observed that once the statute has fixed the condition of pre-deposit before filing an appeal, such condition is required to be satisfied.
