P&H HC: Plaintiff Enjoys Status of Dominus Litis & has Right to Pursue Claim - (14 Apr 2022)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has reiterated that a plaintiff enjoys the status of dominus litis and therefore, has every right to persue his claim against anyone he thinks fit.
