SC Dismisses Plea of Maharashtra Govt for Transfer of Anil Deshmukh Probe from CBI to SIT - (01 Apr 2022)

Supreme Court has rejected the plea of Maharashtra government that seeks for transfer of the probe against Anil Deshmukh, former Home Minister from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to SIT.
