Supreme Court: Tribunals Decision Can Be Examined Only By Territorial Jurisdiction High Court - (07 Jan 2022)

Supreme Court has held that decision of a tribunal created under Article 323A and 323B of the Constitution can only be examined by a Division Bench of High Court within whose territorial jurisdiction the tribunal falls.
