CESTAT, AHMEDABAD: GOVERNMENT CANNOT RETAIN INTEREST PAID ON SERVICE TAX - (24 Jun 2021)

Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Ahmedabad has ruled that the Government cannot retain interest paid on service tax which is refundable.
