(Neutral Citation: 2024:DHC:314-DB)</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top" style="background-color:#FDEDCE"><strong>The Applicant/ Petitioner, serving as a Constable in Sashastra Seema Bal [SSB] filed a writ petition challenging his transfer from New Delhi to Siddharth Nagar, Uttar Pradesh before present Court.
