Under the Ordinance, once enemy property is vested in the Custodian, it shall continue to be vested in him as enemy property irrespective of whether the enemy has ceased to be an enemy due to reasons such as death. Laws of succession do not apply to enemy property; and the Custodian cannot transfer such property, preserving it till disposal in accordance with the Act.
