Bombay HC: Need Robust System to Prevent Deaths of People Travelling by Mumbai Local Train - (27 Jun 2024)

Bombay High Court after addressing the high rate of deaths of people travelling through local trains in Mumbai, has observed that a robust system is required to manage this situation rather than using commuters as an excuse.
