Kerala High Court: Home Guards Cannot be Treated at Par with Civil Police Officers - (27 Jun 2024)

Kerala High Court while denying pay parity to Home Guards with Police Constable, has observed that Home Guards are recruited on daily wages and the recruitment and selection process for Home Guards and Civil Police Officers are different, hence they cannot be treated at par.
