Ker. HC: Court Can Even Quash Criminal Proceedings u/s 376 of IPC by Invoking S. 482 of CrPC - (25 Jun 2024)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has observed that, in exceptional circumstances Court by exercising its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 can even quash criminal proceedings alleging offence of rape under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
