Mad. HC: Separate Norms for Transgender Persons in Employment and Education - (14 Jun 2024)

Mad. HC while observing that transgenders should be treated as special category, has directed State to not treat them under female or male category and to prescribe separate norms for them which shall be below the norms prescribed for male & female candidates in all employment & educational avenues.
