All. HC: DCP Pulled Up for Directing Further Investigation Without Leave of the Magistrate - (13 Jun 2024)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has pulled up a Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) who directed further investigation without the leave of the court in a case in which a chargesheet was already filed and cognizance had already been taken.
