Kerala HC: Husband Acquitted u/s 304B IPC Can be Held Guilty u/s 498A IPC if Facts Permit - (13 Jun 2024)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has held that a husband can be convicted under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) for marital cruelty even if he has been charged and acquitted under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code for dowry death.
