Mad. HC: Bar Associations to Pay 15000 to 20,000 to Junior Lawyers Practicing in State - (13 Jun 2024)

Mad. HC highlighted that young lawyers should not be forced to go through struggles of earlier generations and directed Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry to issue circulars to bar associations regarding payment of minimum stipend of Rs 15,000 to Rs.20,000 to junior lawyers practicing in State.
