SC: Accused Refusing to Undergo Medical Examination Amounts to Non-Cooperation With Investigation - (12 Jun 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while directing an accused to undergo medical examination, has observed that the clear statement of the accused that he did not want to be subjected to medical examination shows his unwillingness to cooperate with the investigation.
