Delhi High Court: Material on Which Prosecution Bases its Case Cannot be Disclosed in Parts - (27 May 2024)

CRIMINAL

Delhi HC has observed that prosecution cannot disclose the material on which it bases its case in parts as requirement of full disclosure is an extremely valuable right and an essential feature of the right to a fair trial as it enables the accused to prepare for the trial before its commencement.
