SC: Not Including Content Shown in Trailer, in Main Movie Doesn’t Amount to ‘Deficiency of Service’ - (23 Apr 2024)

CONSUMER

SC has held that if movie creators do not include the contents of a movie trailer in the main movie, that does not amount to deficiency of service on the part of creators under consumer protection law as a promotional trailer is not an offer and no contractual relationship is created from it.
