Delhi HC: In Absence of Anything Contrary, Venue of Arbitration Will be Seat of Arbitration - (03 Nov 2023)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that in absence of anything contrary in the arbitration agreement, the venue of arbitration would actually be the seat of arbitration.
