Bom. HC: State Cannot Impose any Condition on the Allotment that May Lead to Loss of the Land - (01 Nov 2023)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court has held that any condition leading to revoking of land allotment which was allotted pursuant to land acquisition by State, would not only be draconian but also arbitrary, unfair, unreasonable and contrary to the object of the Resettlement Act.
