SC: Only Instructing Counsels Can Make Mentionings Before Vacation Bench - (29 May 2023)

A vacation bench of Supreme Court while hearing a matter related to appointment of chairperson of DERC has stated that as per vacation bench norms, only instructing counsel should make mentionings, not senior counsel.
