SC Refers Petitions to Modify 1 Km ESZ Mandate to a Larger Bench - (17 Jan 2023)

ENVIRONMENT

Supreme Court has referred the petitions seeking relaxation of the directive to declare one kilometer around protected forests as ecologically sensitive zones (ESZ) to be listed before a three Judge bench.
