SC: No Direction to ECI to Publish Info. Regarding Disclosure of Final Data of Voter Turnout - (24 May 2024)

ELECTION

Supreme Court while hearing an application by the NGO Association for Democratic Reforms has refused to pass any interim order directing the Election Commission of India (ECI) to disclose information regarding final authenticated data of voter turnout in all polling stations.
