Delhi HC: Not Appropriate For Courts to Draw Conclusions at Stage of Bail - (02 Jun 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court while granting bail to 20 years old in a rape case has observed that it is neither appropriate nor feasible for courts to draw any conclusion at the stage of bail as to whether a promise of marriage made by an accused to a prosecutrix was false or in bad faith.
