SC Affirms Delhi High Court's Refusal to Suspend Central Vista Project Work During COVID - (30 Jun 2021)

Supreme Court has dismissed petitions challenging the Delhi High Court judgment which dismissed a plea to halt the Central Vista Redevelopment project work during the second wave of the COVID pandemic.
